The Sk8-Hi, originally called Style 38, was introduced in 1978 as the premiere high top skate shoe. Introducing an innovative high padded collar for ankle support and a reinforced toe box, it was the second shoe to feature the iconic Vans sidestripe while simultaneously bringing a whole new look to the Vans family. It was and still is an emblem of Off The Wallculture.
The Sk8-Hi Vintage Pop is an evolved version of Vans vintage leather franchise with retro coloring and materialization. The uppers are comprised of aged leathers and suedes to give it a subtle, vintage sport-inspired look with contrasting pops of green at the sidestripes and laces. This legendary shoe also comes equipped with our signature rubber waffle outsoles.

Quick and easy claim process.
I had problems with my Sous Vide and the manufacturer warranty expired 1 year ago. I made a claim with Asurion and they immediately sent me a return label. I returned the old Sous Vide and I was sent an amazon gift card to purchase a new Sous Vide within a couple of days.

ASURION EXTENDED WARRANTIES
I was skeptical that my ASURION warranty would be honored since it was not an easy process to submit claim and required following up several times. Not as easy as buying it initially for a product on check out at amazon. Once the burdensome process was completed on my end, It was easy load the gift card issued for the warranty to my Amazon account. I would definitely look at warranty policies closer though before purchasing one. Good luck if you decide to purchase extended warranty.
