There is a hole in the back hanging on the wall. The sun was designed to also stand, however it needs to rest against the wall and may not be 100% stable on a slippery surface, consider using support under or behind or with tape if you choose to stand it. Felt balls are 100% wool and measure 2.5 cm each.
There are two sizes: 15 inch and 20 inch. That measurement is the diameter of the sun, from ray tip to ray tip. We bought 2 of these because our suit rentals for our wedding didn’t come with full vests for the children (Men’s Wearhouse gives you bibs for kids), and we live in Texas, so we didn’t want the boys to have to wear a full jacket during the reception in the heat.
