Product Overview

The ALPHA 4 LITE is a 24V 100Ah lithium battery built with RICH SOLAR LiFePO4 cells for dependable energy storage in off-grid and backup power systems. This configuration delivers stable output, deep cycle capability, and consistent performance across a wide temperature range. Designed for long service life and low maintenance ownership, it supports households and remote setups that require reliable power without constant attention.

As a 5.1kWh battery bank configuration, it provides a balanced combination of capacity, durability, and efficiency. It is well suited for energy systems where planning ahead matters more than chasing short term savings.

Why This Product Makes Sense

Energy systems tend to reveal their weaknesses at the worst possible moment. Voltage instability, limited cycle life, and inconsistent performance are common issues with lower grade batteries, especially when they are pushed hard over time. The ALPHA 4 LITE is designed with this reality in mind, using lithium iron phosphate chemistry that prioritizes stability and predictable behavior.

At its core, this battery relies on RICH SOLAR LiFePO4 cells selected for long cycle life and consistent output. With more than 4000 charge and discharge cycles available, the battery is intended to be part of a long term energy plan rather than a recurring replacement item. This matters when systems are expected to operate season after season with minimal intervention.

The 24V architecture supports efficient energy storage and distribution while maintaining manageable current levels. This helps reduce stress on components and keeps system behavior steady during extended discharge cycles. The result is power that feels consistent rather than reactive, even as loads change.

A built-in smart battery management system plays a quiet but critical role. Each cell is individually fused, allowing the battery to continue operating normally while protecting the overall pack. The BMS continuously manages over charge, over discharge, over current, short circuit events, and temperature limits. These protections are always active in the background, reducing the likelihood of unexpected interruptions.

Temperature tolerance is another area where planning matters. The ALPHA 4 LITE is designed to operate across a wide range of charging, discharging, and storage temperatures. This allows it to remain reliable in environments where conditions are not always ideal, without requiring constant adjustment or monitoring.

Physical design also reflects practical ownership. The battery housing balances strength and weight, making it easier to handle while remaining durable enough for long term use. A removable carry handle supports safer positioning and repositioning as systems evolve.

For those building or expanding a 24V battery bank, this configuration offers clarity. Capacity, voltage, and energy output are straightforward, making it easier to align expectations with real world usage. Instead of guessing how long a battery might last or how it will behave under load, the specifications provide a clear framework for decision making.

Ultimately, this battery makes sense for buyers who prefer proven chemistry, clearly defined specifications, and protective systems that work quietly in the background. It supports careful planning and steady performance rather than short term compromises.

What To Expect From It

In daily use, the ALPHA 4 LITE behaves predictably. Voltage output remains stable throughout discharge cycles, helping connected equipment operate smoothly. The lithium iron phosphate chemistry supports deep discharges without the rapid degradation seen in many traditional battery types.

Maintenance requirements are minimal. There is no routine servicing cycle to manage, and self discharge remains low, at less than five percent per month. This makes the battery well suited for systems that are not accessed daily but still need to be ready when power is required.

Charging behavior is consistent, with a defined charge voltage of 28.8V and support for continuous charge and discharge currents up to 100A. This allows the battery to integrate into a range of energy systems while maintaining predictable performance characteristics.

Thermal behavior is carefully managed by the BMS. Charging is supported within a controlled temperature range, while discharge performance remains stable across a broader spectrum. Storage specifications are clearly defined, supporting long term reliability even during extended idle periods.

As part of a 5.1kWh battery bank configuration, the system provides meaningful energy capacity without unnecessary complexity. It is sized to support practical energy needs while remaining manageable in physical footprint and weight.

Ownership experience is centered on confidence rather than constant oversight. Once integrated, the battery operates as expected, delivering energy consistently while protective systems handle edge cases automatically. This allows attention to remain on the larger system rather than the battery itself.

Direct replacement on my 95 SeaRay 175
Size: PP67-712 V1
My boat started to have issues with not turning over when I used the ignition switch. Replaced the switch and had no effect. Replaced the solenoid and that fixed the problem. Good price, so I replaced all 3 solenoids (Trim/ starter). Solenoids had all needed hardware (nuts/washers)

They Fixed My Boat
Size: PP67-712 V1
My boat wouldn’t start, and the outdrive wouldn’t go up or down. So I bought three of these solenoids and replaced the starter and both trim motor solenoids/relays. Now it starts right up with no problems and the trim motor is working again also. I have a 2006 Stingray boat.

Poor quality
Size: PP67-712 V1
Poor quality. Replaced a starter solenoid on a mercruser 4.3. Right off install it would click but not make a connection to start motor. Confirmed this was the culprit by jumping the terminals. After testing multiple times found it worked a little less than half the time.

Ya Just Gotta Have One
Size: 7.2 Surround + 3 HDMI
This is a must-have for in-wall wiring of your surround. I chose this one because I installed a 7.2 system with gold-plated jacks and it worked out great. You can get almost any combination of HDMI, subs/surrounds that you need (5.1, 5.2, 7.1, 7.2 etc). Do your planning on location and wire-routing; get good quality speaker wire and HDMI (high-speed with Audio Return Channel); get the remod-style mounting bracket/box then cut your hole at the same height/level as your electrical outlets and preferably between the same studs as your TV's wire-box so your HDMIs just run straight up to the TV (remember to install the bracket BEFORE you run your wires). When connecting the wires to these terminals, it's best to have 10 to 12 inches of wire coming out of the wall because you need space for your hands to manipulate the wires and nuts on the terminals. If you have a basement with access to the floor below the mounting location, it's best to drill 4 half-inch holes straight up through the bottom plate of the wall and feed your wires up those holes. Tip: If your TV and Surround Receiver are fully compatible you really only need 1 HDMI port on the wall plate, because you can plug your devices into the receiver and just sent the A/V/data to the TV while the audio is returned over the same HDMI.

Made a wire nest look fairly neat.
Size: 7.1 Surround + HDMI
My only complaint is that it wasn't available in black as it's in a dark walled home theater. However, it's behind the receiver so it's not real visible. It worked as expected and definitely kept the wiring neater and allowed me to run it through the walls.
