Designed for reliable everyday performance, the Apuro induction hob features two 3.5kW heavy duty cooking zones with 11 power levels each, giving you the precision to boil, fry, simmer and sautéed with accuracy. The hob also features a boost function, providing even more power when you need it most.

Perhaps one of the most impressive features of the Apuro induction hob is its efficiency. Up to 70% more efficient than traditional gas hobs, the Apuro hob channels much more energy directly into the cooking, delivering rapid heat-up times without flames or red-hot elements. In addition, as more energy goes into the cooking, there's less heat escaping into the kitchen, reducing the load on your ventilation system and providing a more comfortable working environment.

Once service is over, the unit is effortless to clean, with strong stainless steel and toughened ceramic glass construction. And thanks to the built-in stand, the hob is set to an ergonomic work height, whilst also including handy storage space below.
