Dose

- Take 12-24ml of the tonic per day
- Have light food when under this medication
- Have the decoction before meals; preferably at 6-7 am and 6-7 pm
- Take the decoction along with rock salt, long pepper, and sugar
- Add an equal amount of water with the tonic before consumption
