Double LP version. Gatefold sleeve with two brand new bonus tracks, in half yellow, half blue. Black Rainbows are back, delivering 12 fresh tunes on Cosmic Ritual Supertrip. Recorded and produced by Fabio Sforza, who was also behind the previous album Pandaemonium (HPS 073CD/LP/D-LP/LTD-LP/Y-LP, 2018), Cosmic Ritual Supertrip has a monolithic force; guitars, drums, and bass are all glued together to give the listener a punch in the face. This album gets it's magic power from mixing together a '70s attitude with a doom-occult and stoner rock sound in a masterful way. One can count a bunch of singles, such as "Isolation" and "Master Rocket Power Blast", as well as a couple of doomy songs like "Universal Phase" and "Saacred Graal" and also more catchy tunes like "Radio 666" and "At Midnight You Cry". This is the eighth album by the band and perhaps the best so far. Recorded at Forward Studios in Rome on a huge Neve desk, it includes amazing artwork, by Robin Gnista, matching in it's entirety the album's musical concept.

Great resource!

This book is a great resource to have when prepping for the SAT. The diagnostic test is a huge help to see where you are before you dive into studying. The five practice tests include in depth explanations of the answers – that is a big help with studying. This is a great way to study for the digital SAT. Highly recommended!

Excellent resource beyond Real Estate investing

The authors explain many of the most important concepts in easy-to-understand language, building one’s understanding chapter upon chapter. I have ordered a dozen copies to hand out to my team as a reference guide for our group discussions. In depth and easy to understand
Format: Paperback
I am an active investor and have read quite a few books on a variety of investing and real estate topics. Accordingly I mostly skim new books and try to strengthen concepts I am already mostly comfortable with. I previously had difficulty grasping irr, npv, and dcf, and this book explained these thoroughly, simply, and with examples that will allow me to use these tools to make better investing decisions. I think this book will offer great value to those just getting started and those at a more advanced level alike.
