The Rat Hepc (Hepcidin) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat Hepc. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat Hepc and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat Hepc, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat Hepc. You can calculate the concentration of Rat Hepc in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I don’t recommend! Feels Cheap!
The bracelet is very slim and lightweight, but unfortunately it looks a very fake in person. The gold plating and charm don’t have the quality finish I expected. For the product price, this bracelet doesnt do any justice. Unfortunately, it would have been better to not purchase this at all because I was expecting some weight to the item and much superior quality due to how expensive it is! Can’t recommend because its not worth the price for the look and feel.

This bracelet is so pretty. The charms look sweet and delicate. The shell inlay looks expensive. It’s really comfortable to wear this bracelet. I’ve kept it on for weeks without removing it and I really don’t even notice it. It hasn’t tarnished at all and I wear this in the shower and to bed. It’s my current favorite “cheap” jewelry piece. It certainly doesn’t look cheap at all though. Only cheap in price for the product that you get. It fits great. It’s totally giving me VCA vibes. I’m really happy with this piece.
