I tend to be more of a large in the shoulders and a medium at the waist, but this shirt is great for me. Def more of a fitted look but NOT jersey shore douchey type fitted. EDIT - +1 year and shirt is still going strong. No rips tears, etc. I've washed cold and warm, tumble dry medium
