Conquête 2021 is made of 100% Chenin by the one and only Patrick Corbineau well hidden in the medieval village of Candes St Martin in the middle of the Loire valley. Patrick makes the most lively and energetic wines and this relatively young vintage is a perfect illustration, offering a complex and dynamic structure, with streams of typical chenin aromas (pear, quince, light honey) and acidity flowing along bubbles of airiness giving this wine a light yet strong personality. A wine that will evolve nicely in contact with air after the opening of the bottle and in the glass.

Salads, seafood and cheeses will pair nicely with this special wine, better served around 10-12°.
