煮法：
1.將福菜洗淨切成小塊備用。
2.雞肉（排骨）川燙備用。
3.將福菜、材料包和川燙過後的肉類放入鍋中加入老薑、米酒和些許的鹽調味，大火滾了關小火煮40分鐘即可熄火上桌享用美食。
