Beloved the world over, our signature coin series celebrates one of Australia’s most emblematic native animals, the Australian Kangaroo. The coin’s reverse portrays a representation of two kangaroos leaping across the water. The background features a mountain landscape in the distance. A privy mark with the number 40, pays tribute to the 40th anniversary of the Australian Nugget, the first official Australian legal tender gold coin series. Included within the design is the inscription ‘KANGAROO’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, along with the coin’s weight, purity and 2026 year-date.

The 2026 Mini Roo coin is housed in a protective acrylic capsule and presented in a wallet sized card. This highly affordable gold coin would make a wonderful gift or treasured keepsake.
