Based on the M48 Patton tank chassis, the Sergeant York was equipped with twin 40mm Bofors cannons and an advanced radar system intended to counter low-flying aircraft and helicopters.
This highly detailed kit includes accurately moulded armour panels, intricate radar and turret components, and link-and-length tracks for a realistic stance. Photo-etched parts are provided for added finesse, particularly around the engine deck and external fittings. The build reflects both the scale and the technological ambition of the actual vehicle, which never made it to full deployment.
