The VARUN Plorer is a compact yet powerful 16-inch fat-tire electric bike designed to handle both rugged off-road trails and everyday urban commuting with ease. Equipped with ultra-wide 16 × 4.0-inch fat tires, it delivers excellent grip and stability across challenging terrains such as sand, snow, mud, and uneven roads, while the front and rear dual spring suspension system effectively absorbs shocks to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride even on rough surfaces.
Its rear hub motor, with a peak output of 250W and 53Nm of torque, provides strong acceleration and reliable climbing ability, making it well-suited for varied riding conditions. The bike features a versatile Class 2 system with both throttle and 5-level pedal assist modes, allowing riders to switch effortlessly between pure electric riding and assisted pedalling depending on their needs.
Powered by a 48V 13Ah battery, it offers a range of up to 40–45 km in pure electric mode and up to 60–65 km with pedal assist, making it suitable for longer rides and daily commutes alike. For added performance and safety, the VARUN Plorer includes a Shimano 7-speed transmission for smooth and precise gear changes, as well as a mechanical disc braking system that ensures dependable stopping power in different environments.
Its IP65-rated water resistance protects key components from dust and splashes, allowing for worry-free riding in light rain or muddy conditions. Despite its robust capabilities, the bike maintains a compact and agile design, with responsive handling and a centrally mounted LCD display that clearly shows speed, battery level, distance, and assist mode, making it a practical and user-friendly choice for riders seeking versatility, comfort, and performance in one all-terrain e-bike.
