1. Programme Overview

The Sip Club is an annual membership that lets you enjoy one Classic Coffee or Classic Milk Tea every day for a flat annual fee of $10. Available daily at participating Paper Rice outlets.

2. Membership

2.1 Open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2.2 Each membership is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

2.3 Only one active subscription is allowed per member.

3. Included Drinks

Classic Coffee and Classic Milk Tea. Specialty drinks, seasonal beverages, and add-ons are not included and may require a top-up.

4. How to Register & Use

4.1 Register via Email

Upon completing your purchase, instructions will be sent directly to your registered email address. Follow the steps in the email to verify your account, then visit arteastiq-rewards.com to log in and start using your membership.

4.2 Register via Phone Number

Visit arteastiq-rewards.com and sign up using your mobile number. You will be prompted to provide an email address for verification. Once verified, log in to access your membership.

4.3 Redeeming Your Daily Drink

To redeem your daily drink, present your active Sip Club membership via the Arteastiq Rewards app to our staff at the counter before placing your order.

4.4 Redemption Rules

One (1) redemption is allowed per member per calendar day. Unused daily redemptions do not carry forward to the following day. Redeemable for one (1) Classic Coffee or Classic Milk Tea per visit, at regular serving size. No substitutions, upsizing, or top-ups are permitted under this membership.

The following table turn times apply to Sip Club members during each visit:

• 30 minutes — beverages only, no food ordered
• 1 hour — dining with food
• 1 hour 30 minutes — dining with seafood

5. Membership Validity

5.1 Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

5.2 No refunds or credits for unused days, early cancellation, or failed payments.

5.3 Membership does not renew automatically upon expiry.

6. Dining Voucher

6.1 Dining vouchers worth up to $10 will be credited to the member's account upon successful registration.

6.2 Vouchers are redeemable immediately for dine-in at any Paper Rice outlet.

6.3 Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

7. Verification

7.1 Members must present their membership QR code for verification at the point of redemption.

7.2 QR codes that are missing, expired, or reused within the same day will be deemed invalid.

7.3 Staff reserve the right to decline redemption if verification cannot be completed.

8. Misuse & Suspension

Arteastiq Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of misuse, sharing, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Available at Paper Rice Vietnamese Kitchen at Plaza Singapura and Changi City Point, Singapore.
