The Human GSTθ2/GSTt2 (Glutathione S Transferase Theta 2) ELISA Kit measures GSTT2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti Gstt2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with Gstt2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of Gstt2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Time will tell
My dog can chew through anything so I didn't have high hopes but she is obsessed with this thing and it's really held up so far. She hasn't had it long, but it's looking good. It's already outlasted her other chews so I count that as a win. My only concern is that it could be too hard, and she might crack a tooth. I only let her have it when I'm there to supervise and if she gets a little too aggressive with it, I take it away for a while. We got this because my mom's dog has had one that's lasted a few months and he is another super-chewer that goes through toys like they're nothing. So, if you're looking for something that seems to hold it's own against a toy-destroying power chewer, this one is worth the price. It does have a fairly strong bacon smell at first (that will cling to your hands if you handle it), but that fades pretty quickly once it's out of the box.
