CAST IRON CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Our skillets come pre-seasoned for a natural non-stick surface. To keep them in top shape for years to come, gently hand wash with mild soap and avoid using metal utensils, which can damage the finish. Although pre-seasoned, it is important to dry and re-oil the skillet after each use to prevent rust.
