Select the number of letters in the Drop Down Menu (EX: HAPPY BIRTHDAY = 13 letters). Leave the name or phrase in the Personalization Box.
- Punctuation (apostrophes, periods, commas, exclamation marks, etc.) count as an extra letter. TH, RD, ND, ST count as 1 letter. (HAPPY 13TH BIRTHDAY! = 17 letters).
- If ordering multiple colors, add each color to your cart separately.
- Make sure to double-check the number of letters. Failure to select the correct number will slow down your delivery time.
