These pancakes are so good, you can eat them without syrup as reported by one of our customers.  Packaged in our retro cloth bag (10 ounces) , it makes a tastefully simple and delicious gift or include it in a gift basket with syrup. Directions: southern buttermilk pancakes and waffles-preheat lightly greased griddle to 375 degrees. Add 1 cups water to mix and stir until batter is slightly lumpy. For pancakes flip when first bubbles appear and stay on surface. To make thinner pancakes add more water. Top with butter and warm syrup or or add a few spoonful's of a fruit pie filling for a special treat.
