For a high-performance solidbody electric guitar with an exceptional set of features, look no further than the Reverend Double Agent W. The Double Agent W flaunts a resonant korina body, along with a comfortable medium-oval-shaped neck and flat-radius, 22-fret fingerboard. What’s more, the neck is heat treated for head-turning looks and rock-solid stability. The Double Agent W has a Reverend humbucker in the bridge position and a P-90 in the neck position, offering a unique combination of ear-grabbing tones. Cutting-edge electronics, which include a Bass Contour control and treble bleed circuit, take the pickups’ tone to their highest level. You also get top-of-the-line hardware, such as ultra-reliable Reverend pin-lock tuning machines, a Triple-Tree string tree, and a super-expressive Wilkinson tremolo system. Classic looks, superior playability, and endless sonic flexibility — the Reverend Double Agent W gives you all this and more.

Custom-shop-level construction and detail

The Double Agent W teems with richness and warmth, thanks to its solid korina body. Korina, a medium-light tonewood with mahogany-like sonic characteristics, delivers all the resonance you can handle, along with a lively, responsive, and harmonic-laden sound that’s guaranteed to inspire. This solidbody electric boasts a maple neck that’s heat treated at over 300°F for an eye-grabbing look and added stability, along with a 6-bolt neck plate for added sustain and tuning constancy, plus a convenient dual-action truss rod and a tone-heightening Boneite nut. Guitarists have found the Double Agent W’s 12-inch-radius, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard to be among the most playable around. Finally, a hand-initialed, serial-numbered headstock lends a high-end, custom-shop vibe to this top-shelf electric guitar.

Ultra-versatile electronics

Plug the Reverend Double Agent W into your favorite amp or modeler, and you’ll be ready to rip. This hot-rodded axe’s HA5 bridge pickup is a classic-style, Alnico V–loaded humbucker with extra windings of 43-gauge wire for added drive and punch. The HA5 yields a warm yet open tone with enough clarity for precise staccato riffs and dazzling technical leads. The Double Agent W’s 9A5 neck pickup is a P-90-style single-coil with an extra dose of modern clarity. The 9A5 features 42-gauge wire and Alnico V magnets for a clear, open tone that’s sure to please. You’ll dig this solidbody electric guitar’s Bass Contour control — a passive bass roll-off that not only tightens your low end, but also revoices your pickups. Everything from scorching high gain to bluesy leads and country-fied twang is easily within the reach of the Double Agent W. You also get a treble bleed circuit that preserves your high end when you roll back your volume control. Reverend’s proprietary custom jack plate and Pure Tone jack round out the Double Agent W’s top-of-the-line features.

Top-of-the-line hardware

When you dive into the Double Agent W, you’ll find high performance in every component. This guitar’s Reverend Pin-Lock tuning machines lock your strings in place for out-of-this-world tuning stability and lightning-fast string changes. A patent-pending Triple-Tree string tree features an extended bar that holds down three strings at a time with a single tree. You’ll appreciate how this string tree safeguards against G-string buzz in the guitar’s nut slot. You also get a Wilkinson WVS50 IIK tremolo system, which permits manic whammy action with zero tuning issues. Beyond that, the tremolo system’s Vari-Claw enables you to switch between three or two springs with little or no cumbersome adjustment required.

You're a chump
The most unique thing about Malcolm X is he never wrote anything, he simply spoke the truth and that alone has proven to withstand the tides of time because his words are still fresh as ever. His speeches always find a way to get to your spirit and makes you rethink the world you are living in. After reading this book, i forget which speech it was exactly, he mentioned something about negores not knowing their history and it was up to them to go forth and reconnect with their homeland. This led me to wonder where I came from. Even though I am not black, I felt as if he was speaking directly to me and this is the kind of power he had. he made you look upon yoyurself and force yourself to ask, "Who am i? And Do I really hate myself?" Racism is still an issue in this country. It has not gone away and malcolm X was never afraid to point out the hypocrisy of the system I was taught to honor and defend. Surely, not one the best books on his speeches out there, but nonetheless powerful enough to get you thinking about the injustice we face everyday. A man who taught you how to be a human being in the end of his life. Today, more than ever his words should never be forgotten.

Malcolm speaks from the heart
"If George Washington didn't get independence for this country nonviolently, and if Patrick Henry didn't come up with a nonviolent statement, and you taught me to look upon them as patriots and heroes, then it's time for you to realize that I have studied your books well..." Malcolm X It is statements like this that make me love reading about Malcolm X. His intelligence, charisma and courage emanate from his words. He inspires, challenges and provokes his listeners to change their thinking. Not only does he challenge others, but he challenges himself to constantly analyze, to constantly evolve. Malcolm X Speaks is an excellent read, from cover to cover. If you want a good idea of where Malcolm was heading before his untimely death, this is the book.
