The switch offers forty-eight ports supporting speeds up to 10GB SFP+, making it ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications such as video streaming or cloud computing.
Equipped with four additional ports that support speeds up to 40GB QSFP+, the JG838A provides flexible connectivity options and enables seamless integration into existing network infrastructures.
HPE JG838A: 48x SFP+ dual-personality ports; supports 1G/10G Ethernet and 4 Gbps/8 Gbps Fibre Channel 4 QSFP+ 40GbE ports. 2 power supply slots + 2 fan tray slots. Power supplies (JC680A, JC681A) and fan trays (JC682A, JC683A, JG552A, JG553A) are not included (ordered separately). This system requires at least one power supply and two same-direction airflow fan trays to function properly.
