Dilution of fluorescent dye: If the dye is dry powder, use 100ul DMSO to dissolve it to make 100X dye mother liquor; If the dye is liquid, it means that it is 100X mother liquor dissolved in DMSO from the factory; Use the signal amplification reaction solution to dilute at 1: 100 to prepare the dye working solution (ready-to-use); DAPI prepares the working solution using sterile water dilution at 1: 100. 2. Use of secondary antibody: This kit is matched with a universal secondary antibody for pika and rabbits, which is not suitable for mouse tissues. Please verify whether the species of the primary antibody matches before the experiment. Please refer to (# abs50030) for mouse tissue samples. 3. | Theory | Multiplex fluorescence immunohistochemical staining is based on the principle of specific binding of antigen and antibody. The secondary antibody labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is selected to activate the fluorescent dye in the kit and covalently bind the signal to the antigen. In situ multi-target staining of tissues or cells is achieved by multiple rounds of staining cycles with the aid of different fluorescent dye labels. |

| Description | There are complex cells in tissue microenvironment, and the phenotype, state, abundance and distribution of these cells have important biological significance and clinical value. It can be rendered in situ in tissue by means of antibody staining. Immunohistochemical staining is a common technique to study tissue morphology and protein expression in situ. Routine IHC detection can only show a single indicator, and it is difficult to present the cell composition, state and relationship in the complex tissue microenvironment. This information is crucial to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases! Principle of tyrosine signal amplification technology: Similar to the DAB color development method of conventional immunohistochemistry, TSA technology also uses HRP-labeled secondary antibody. HRP catalyzes the fluorescein substrate added to the system to produce activated fluorescein substrate, which can be covalently bound to the antigen. Tyrosine is covalently bound to stably covalently bound to fluorescein on the sample. After that, the non-covalently bound antibody is washed away by thermal repair method, and then the next primary antibody is replaced for the second round of incubation, and another fluorescein substrate is replaced, so that multiple labeling can be achieved by reciprocating. |

If the dyeing components of this kit are mixed with products of other companies, abnormalities may occur during the dyeing process. 6. Incomplete dewaxing will easily affect the dyeing effect. 7. In order to prevent possible false negative and false positive results, positive control and negative control should be carried out at the same time during the experiment. 8. All kinds of wastes generated in the use of this kit should be disposed of in accordance with the Regulations on Medical Waste Management. |

Only “tough” toy my Doberman loves!
Pattern Name: Octopus
Not indestructible, but last a good long while. Definitely worth the money and lasts longer than any other plush toys we’ve had (which is all my dog will play with). It’s for sure my Dobermans favorite, I’ve ordered probably 10 at this point. He gets the stuffing out after a month or two and we open a new one. He’s picky with toys, either destroys them or ignores them, but he never gets bored with his octopus! 🐙 He sneaks one outside once in a while and the neighbor’s dogs steal it. They love it too and thankfully can’t destroy before I retrieve it.

Great for a Pitball

I have a Pitbull and she absolutely loves this toy. I always wait a while before giving a review. She has had this toy Since the beginning of July and she is still playing with this toy. It does have little holes but it is still going. She loves it. Playing tug of war with her. I also take it and wrap it around her collar and watch her dance around trying to get it out(I don't leave it there long). This a great buy. I also bought and extra one so when this one does finally dies she will have another. The material is strong, The sound is about normal for a squeaky toy.

Cute, but not tough enough.

This toy is cute, my pug loves it, and I like how the legs are strong but the top of the octopuses head isn't tough enough which is worrisome because thats where the squeaker is. It might work out for a smaller dog though.

Fun Resilient Chew Toy
Pattern Name: Octopus
I have a boxer/pit mix and she loves this! I bought it 4 months ago and it’s still going strong so I know it’s quality made and perfect for dogs that like to chew and play tug of war. It has been chew resistant for my girl and she loves the little squeak. I just throw it in the washer when I wash her bed. Great value and a safe toy that’s a good size for a medium to large dog.
