About the Character
Naruto Uzumaki is a shinobi of Hidden Leaf Village. He was the child of Minato Namikaze (the Fourth Hokage) and Kushina Uzumaki the second jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails) but grew up as an orphan without the knowledge of who his parents were and to protect his identity, from enemies of his father, Hiruzen gave Naruto his mother’s last name.
Initially, we see little Naruto behave like a knuckleheaded ninja! That soon changes, when we first see him save a stranger being picked at by 3 bullies on his first day of enrollment in the Ninja Academy.
As his story progresses, Naruto’s true character of being a hard-working, strong-willed person is revealed. With no known super powers or someone to follow, he lives with a secret buried deep inside of him. His uncompromising nature when it comes to helping others is the true sign of his heroics!
