This kit is highly recommended for drag racing and sled pulling. A ½” thick torque plate with textured finish mounts between the damper face and bolts to provide a wider and stronger clamping surface. The torque plate incorporates a 5/8” hex head for barring the engine over. The bolts are heat treated, high strength, extended length ARP® bolts, and the friction washer is diamond impregnated for the ultimate in holding power. This kit should be used in conjunction with Fluidampr Cummins Drill Pin Kit #300002, which is designed for engines that rev above 3,500rpm.
