在創作青檸及青提子蛋糕時，有過很長時間的樽頸位，直到想起蒔蘿的味道，才令蛋糕變得完整。青檸泡泡及蜂蜜青檸果凍碎雖然同樣是果凍，但前者打入大量空氣，後者用均質機攪拌成碎碎，不同的質感令蛋糕散發清新氣息，新鮮的青提在同事強烈要求下切成碎粒，讓每口都能細嚼到青提子的爽口，偶爾食到的蒔蘿更是神來之筆。本地天然蜂蜜的味道在蛋糕內不會太明顯。不過，當你有仔細品嚐過純用砂糖做的蛋糕，便會感受到加入了大量蜂蜜的蛋糕，甜而不膩。
