Crafted from barley grown on the island and matured solely in oloroso sherry casks from the famed Jose Miguel Martin bodega, it carries deep copper tones and a character built on purity and place.

Caramelized custard, roasted coffee and hints of candied ginger lead the way, unfolding into honey-roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding wrapped in a gentle drift of peat smoke. The finish lingers with savory earth and warm spice, echoing dark fruit, burnt sugar and the soft citrus woven through Kilchoman’s farm-crafted spirit.

At 50 ppm of peat and released in a limited run of 18,000 bottles, it’s a whisky best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, allowing its sherry-soaked richness and Islay smoke to rise slowly and entirely on its own terms.
