Quelli che ne derivano sono vini molto fini ed eleganti, probabilmente capaci di sfidare le migliori interpretazioni trentine. Quello di Grosjean, maturato in solo acciaio, svela tutta la tipicità del varietale grazie a profumi molto definiti ed una trama tannica di rara puntualità.
A tutto pasto, il Pinot Noir di Grosjean ben accompagna primi piatti non troppo ricchi. Risotto ai funghi.
