Grab-and-go psychotic energy with flavor variety.

Insane Labz Psychotic 30 Single Variety Pack is a high-stim pre-workout in easy single-serve packets, made for folks who want a big energy boost, serious drive, and an intense vibe before hitting the gym. From what I've dug up online, the core Psychotic mix is one of Insane Labz's go-to heavy hitters, with stuff like beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, DMAE, and huperzine A. Sources also say it packs 400 mg of caffeine total, so yeah, it's definitely in the strong stim zone.

Heads up: I couldn't find a full label to check doses myself.

That's key because reports show it's a proprietary blend with familiar ingredients for performance and focus, but I couldn't nail down exact amounts for this 30-pack from a solid label. Brand info and retailer pages match on the style, but without full docs, it's not 100% confirmed.

In the pre-workout world, Psychotic is all about that quick kick rather than super transparent, clinical doses. It's simple: massive stim punch, workout urgency, and a gritty training edge that seasoned users crave. Ingredients like caffeine, beta-alanine, DMAE, rauwolfia stuff, hordenine, and huperzine A point to energy, alertness, focus, and feeling the intensity – not so much pumps or no-stim support.

Insane Labz is famous for their wild branding and stim-packed gear, and Psychotic is a star in that lineup. The variety pack adds easy access.

Key Highlights

  • Packs a punch with reports of 400 mg caffeine from all sources for that high-stim feel.
  • 30 single-serve packets in a variety pack – perfect for travel, gym bags, or on-the-go dosing.
  • Online info points to ingredients like beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, DMAE, and huperzine A in the Psychotic formula.
  • Made for folks who want serious energy and focus, not a light or newbie-friendly option.
  • It's a proprietary blend setup, fitting the brand's intense pre-workout style from product listings.
  • Variety pack keeps things fresh with different flavors instead of one big tub that gets boring.
  • Insane Labz is big in the high-stim game, and Psychotic is one of their top dogs.
  • Best for advanced users who handle strong stim formulas like champs.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned pre-workout fans who handle high stims no problem
  • Bodybuilders needing a big energy and mental shove for heavy sets
  • Folks cutting who want more drive in sessions
  • Busy types who like portable packets over a whole tub
  • People who enjoy sampling flavors in one buy
  • Early risers wanting a solid wake-up before training

How to Use

Mix one packet with water before your workout, sticking to any directions on the pack. For strong stims like this, lots of people test with half first, especially if it's new to you. Take it 15-30 minutes pre-exercise, with hours before bed. Don't mix with energy drinks, burners, or extra stims. Drink plenty of water and stay under your caffeine limit.

What to Expect

Expect this kind of pre to start ramping up energy in 15-30 minutes. First, you'll notice more alertness and that ready-to-go mindset. During training, it's about lasting stim, sharp focus, and pushing harder. If beta-alanine's in there like reports say, you might get some tingles. As a high-stim option, using it late could keep you wired into the night if you're sensitive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Insane Labz Psychotic 30 Single Variety Pack?

It appears to be a 30-count single-serve version of Insane Labz Psychotic pre-workout, designed to deliver the brand's signature high-stimulant experience in portable packets with multiple flavors.

Is Psychotic a strong pre-workout?

Yes. Web research consistently places Psychotic in the high-stimulant category, and multiple sources report 400 mg of caffeine from all sources.

Do we have the full verified supplement facts panel?

No. Full supplement facts panel not available for independent verification, so ingredient discussion is based on brand-reported and retailer-reported information.

Who should use this product?

It is best suited for experienced pre-workout users who already tolerate strong stimulant products and want a noticeable increase in energy and focus before hard training.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Not really. Because reported caffeine content is very high, stimulant beginners may find it too intense.

What are the benefits of the variety pack format?

Single-serve packets are convenient for travel, work, gym bags, and trying different flavors without committing to a single large tub.

When should I take it?

Most users in this category take pre-workout about 15 to 30 minutes before training, preferably not too close to bedtime.

Can I stack this with other stimulants?

That is not recommended. Because this is already positioned as a high-stim product, stacking with energy drinks, fat burners, or other stimulant formulas can increase the risk of side effects.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.

Pack's Promise was okay but not great
Format: Kindle
Pack's Promise was okay but not great. I won't recommend it to anyone that I know. PRO: * Very likable characters * Lots of steamy scenes that are written very well * The spelling and grammar are good * The punctuation is good with the exception of using hyphens instead of commas. Lots of hyphens. Lots and lots of hyphens. CON: * Almost no interactions with any characters outside of Madison and the pack * Nearly no plot. They meet, get together for a heat, agree to make it permanent, done * Quite a few typos such as extraneous words, missing words and words out of order THINGS TO KNOW: * More steamy scenes than storytelling * A lot of MM & MMM, some MFMM during heat

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.
