The Victoria Shampoo Backwash Station by DIR Salon Furniture has several features, including a remote-controlled electrical leg-rest, chrome arm accents, and an ultra-modern European style.

The chair and basin are supported by a strengthened, robust steel frame, with high-density memory foam cushioning and an additional layer of padding upholstered in high-grade, easy-to-clean imitation leather. Both backwash and side-wash installations have access to plumbing. Colors for the upholstery, tilting ceramic sink, and sink support panel may all be customized to fit your salon's aesthetic.

The off button worked beautifully but the on button did not work. When on it pumped but nothing came out. I even had my family and friends try to get it to work, but to no avail.
