Operation:

• Long press the button on the insole to turn on and the indicator will slowly flash red light. It’s on the standby status.
• Operation on the insole: When in standby status(flashing red light), short press the button to switch to high temp mode(static red light), press once again to switch into medium temp mode(static red/green light), then press once again to switch into low temp mode(static green light). Press once again to switch into standby status(flashing red light). Long press the button to turn the insole off.
  
• Operation on the remote control: When in standby status(flashing red light), long press H/M/L button about 3s on the controller to switch into mode switch status. Then just short press the corresponding mode button(H/M/L) on the controller to switch into other temp mode. Press ON/OFF button to switch into standby status.
