Al naso si rivela, fin da subito, ricco e intenso; si esprime, in particolare, con sentori di frutta bianca, note di miele e spezie dolci e cenni di pasticceria e crosta di pane. Al palato si presenta fresco, minerale e di ottima persistenza.Il Brut Nature "Petraea IV" di Francis Boulard, vinificato in grandi botti di rovere e maturato sui lieviti in bottiglia per circa 6 anni, è uno Champagne complesso, ricco e generoso. Finissimo e, al contempo, di grande carattere, nasce da uve coltivate in un appezzamento posto all’interno del Massif de Saint Thierry, su suoli principalmente calcarei. Eccellente.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai risotti ai frutti di mare e al pesce alla griglia, si puà scegliere, anche, per accompagnare le carni bianche.
