Подано огляд закономірностей формування та перебігу хронічного больового синдрому залежно від психічного стану пацієнта. Виявлено основні превентивні та предикативні фактори, які впливають на рівень функціонування пацієнта з хронічним болем, враховуючи хворобливу поведінку. Наведено розроблену інтегративну програму лікування психосоматичних пацієнтів із синдромом хронічного болю
