Thick rubber push pads on the uprights add another layer of protection while giving the guard that rugged, work-ready look.
This HDX grille guard doesn’t just protect your front end, it’s also built for real recovery situations. The integrated MAX winch tray mounts directly to the vehicle frame for added strength and is tested to a minimum straight-line pull of 16,500 lbs. It’s designed to fit most medium-frame winches rated between 8,000 and 12,000 lbs, with clearance for units up to 10.25 inches tall. Reinforced gussets and heavy structural bracing help keep everything solid and vibration-free, even in demanding work environments, the same reason this design is trusted by emergency responders and fleet trucks across the country!
The guard is finished in a durable black powder coat for long-lasting protection against rust, weather, and daily wear. Each kit includes the HDX grille guard, integrated MAX winch tray, vehicle-specific mounting brackets, and all required installation hardware. Please note that installation does require drilling.
