The Concept2 BikeErg is a high-performance indoor training bike designed to deliver measurable, repeatable training data while maintaining the natural feel of real cycling. Built around Concept2’s proven flywheel technology, the BikeErg responds directly to the force you apply to the pedals, creating a smooth and progressive resistance that increases with effort.
Unlike traditional spin bikes that rely on friction or magnetic resistance, the BikeErg uses air resistance generated by a flywheel system. The harder you pedal, the greater the resistance becomes, giving you complete control over workout intensity at any moment. A damper lever allows quick adjustments to airflow into the flywheel, functioning similarly to gearing on a road bike.
The bike is equipped with the PM5 Performance Monitor, the same advanced system used on the renowned Concept2 RowErg and SkiErg. This monitor delivers precise training metrics such as watts, pace, cadence, and calories, allowing athletes to track performance accurately and compare results across workouts or even with other BikeErg users worldwide.
