75% Closed cell neoprene foam, 25% stretch nylon.

Washing Instructions. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash or dry. Should a rash or irritation occur, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Measure the curcumference of your wrist.

XS fits 4.5 - 5.5 Inches (11.4 -14.0cm)

Small fits 5.5 - 6 3/8's Inches (14.0 - 16.2cm)

Medium fits 6 3/8's - 7 3/8's Inches (16.2 - 18.7cm)

Large fits 7 3/8's  - 8 3/8's Inches (18.7 - 21.3cm)

XL fits  8 3/8's - 9 3/8's (21.3 - 23.8cm)
