5g pure creatine monohydrate at the full daily dose that works

Dark Labs Creatine is straight-up creatine monohydrate, one of the best-researched supps for sports performance. It's simple: no secret blends, no skimpy extras, no flavors to mess with the main point. Each scoop gives you 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate, the go-to daily dose that builds up creatine levels in your muscles over time.

Creatine monohydrate boosts phosphocreatine in your muscles—that's the stuff that helps quickly remake ATP, your body's energy fuel for muscle work. During quick, intense stuff like heavy lifts, sprints, jumps, or tough sets, your body taps this system to keep going. More creatine means you can recharge energy faster in those big moments. You'll notice better performance on repeats, more volume in your workouts, stronger lifts, and for a lot of folks, quicker gains in strength and muscle.

The 5g dose is key because it matches what studies show works for daily use to max out muscle stores. Some people load up with 20g a day for a week then drop down, but research says 3-5g daily gets you there without the hassle. Dark Labs hits the top of that range with a full 5,000mg per serving. It's not just for show—it's a real daily dose for most active adults chasing better workouts, recovery, and muscle support.

Since it's only creatine monohydrate, the real wins come from how it amps up your body's own systems, not from mixing with other stuff in the tub. It speeds up energy recharge, which is awesome for weight training, sprints, jumps, and any nutr

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate per serving — that's a real daily dose, not some weak add-on. It fits right in the 3-5g range from studies that build up muscle creatine and help with high-intensity efforts over time.
  • Just one ingredient — no secret blends, no hidden amounts, no extra stuff stealing the spotlight. You're getting pure creatine monohydrate in a simple daily scoop.
  • Helps recharge energy during tough workouts — creatine boosts phosphocreatine in muscles, which recycles ATP for short, explosive moves. That's why it's great for heavy lifting, sprints, jumps, and intense intervals.
  • Made for keeping performance up on repeats — creatine shines when you need to hit it again and again. It cuts down on that fade you feel late in a session when power drops.
  • Dosing that matches research without needing a load phase — you can load if you want, but 5g daily saturates muscles over time with easy sticking to it. Perfect for long-haul use without weird plans.
  • No stimulants in here — so it mixes easy with pre-workouts, coffee, electrolytes, carbs, or recovery shakes. Add it to your routine without messing up your caffeine game.
  • 100 servings per tub — that's built for the daily habit creatine needs to really kick in. It's not for spot use before a big workout; it's about keeping those muscle stores topped off every day.
  • Great for strength building or muscle growth phases — extra phosphocreatine means more solid work in those key rep ranges where tension and quality count. You get denser training and better chances to grow.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength guys doing heavy compounds who want better energy recharge between max efforts. The 5,000mg creatine monohydrate boosts phosphocreatine, spot-on for repeating low-rep, high-power moves like squats, presses, pulls, and carries.
  • Bodybuilders chasing muscle in growth blocks who need more quality sets and volume. Creatine monohydrate keeps performance solid on repeats, so you rack up better reps before it dips.
  • CrossFitters and functional trainers mixing sprints, weights, rows, gymnastics, and intervals. Creatine's quick energy support matches the explosive, stop-go vibe of that training.
  • Fighters hitting pads, bags, grappling, and conditioning who want non-stim base performance. Pure creatine boosts burst repeats without caffeine messing with cuts, sleep, or heart rate.
  • Team sport players needing accelerations, jumps, direction changes, and short sprints. Creatine monohydrate fits sports all about explosive repeats over steady pace.
  • Lifters with a pre already who don't want creatine buried in blends or extras they're doubling up on. This standalone 5g dose lets you slot it right where you need.

How to Use

Grab 1 scoop daily for the full 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. On workout days, take it whenever it's easy: before, after, or with food—benefits come from buildup, not right-now timing. Mix in 8-16 ounces of water or your drink; shaker's best, but stir hard with a spoon if needed. If you're new or have a touchy gut, try half twice a day first to check it out, then go full. Food can make it easier if empty-stomach supps bug you. It stacks smooth with pre's, protein, carbs, electrolytes, and recovery because no stims or duplicates. No cycling needed for normal use; steady daily hits are how it shines. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight, to avoid clumps from moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: usually zip, since creatine monohydrate doesn't give that instant buzz like caffeine pre's. Days 1-7: at 5g daily, muscle stores start rising; some see a bit of water weight as it builds. By week one's end, it's doing its thing inside, even if you don't feel it yet. Weeks 2-4: here's the payoff for most—stronger repeats, steady strength across sets, less fade in intense work. After week 4, keep it daily to hold the gains; missing days hurts more than perfect timing, since it's all about staying saturated.

Key Ingredients

  • Creatine Monohydrate — 5000mg — Clinically dosed support for strength, power, and repeat performance

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of Dark Labs Creatine?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. That is a full clinical daily dose and sits at the top end of the standard 3-5g maintenance range used in research.

Do I need to load Dark Labs Creatine?

No. A loading phase is optional, not required. You can take 5g daily and still saturate muscle creatine stores over time, usually over a few weeks, which is how most users prefer to run creatine long term.

Should I take this before or after my workout?

Either works. Creatine monohydrate does not depend on acute timing the way caffeine does; its benefits come from daily saturation. The best time is the time you will remember every day.

Will I feel Dark Labs Creatine on the first day?

Probably not in an obvious way. This formula contains no caffeine or acute stimulants, so the benefits build gradually as muscle creatine and phosphocreatine stores rise with consistent daily use.

Can I stack Dark Labs Creatine with a pre-workout?

Yes. In fact, that is one of the best use cases for a standalone creatine. Because this formula is just creatine monohydrate at 5g, it stacks cleanly with stimulant pre-workouts, pump formulas, electrolytes, or post-workout shakes.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate enough?

Yes. For most healthy adults, 5g daily is a complete maintenance dose and one of the most widely used intakes in sports nutrition. It is enough to build and maintain elevated muscle creatine stores with regular use.

Does this product contain anything besides creatine monohydrate?

Based on the verified formula data available, the active formula is just creatine monohydrate at 5,000mg per serving. No additional active ingredients or proprietary blends were identified.

Is this a good creatine for beginners?

Yes. It is actually one of the simplest and most beginner-friendly ways to start supplementation because the formula is transparent, clinically aligned, and free of stimulants or complicated ingredient stacks.

Can Dark Labs Creatine cause water retention?

Creatine can increase intracellular water retention as muscle stores rise, which is a normal part of how the ingredient works. For many users, that is associated with better muscle fullness rather than undesirable bloating.

Do I need to cycle off Dark Labs Creatine?

No standard cycling protocol is required for creatine monohydrate. The product works best when taken consistently every day, because missed periods lower muscle saturation over time.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
