A message from To The Trees Founder and Artist:

“I know that pronouns are important, I know that creating safe spaces where gender and pronouns are not assumed is important.

As a CIS woman I have lived a life where I’ve never had to correct someone misgendering me. I’ve not had to decide whether it’s safe to to reveal my true self or have people ignore my identity and continue to misgender me. I’m learning to be aware of my privilege in its many forms. I’m going to mess it up sometimes, but helping create spaces where everyone feels safe and welcome is extremely important to me.

This is the motivation behind my range of pronoun earrings and badges.

I’m aware that there are many pronouns and I have only a handful here, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if I am not representing your preffered pronouns and I’ll make sure I learn from that.”
