Besides the gained lift height, you will have a noticeable increase in ride comfort and overall suspension performance due to the higher quality and better engineered components that the factory parts are replaced with.

This kit uses a pair of full-length progressive rate coil springs to provide extra height and smooth controlled performance. A forged drop pitman arm is supplied to correct steering angles along with an HD bar drop bracket to re-center the front axle. A pair of sway bar drop brackets to reposition the OE sway bar for optimal performance along with extended polyurethane bump stops to limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height a pair of heavy-duty replacement radius arms bolt directly into the factory location. These new radius arms are a massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, using tubular construction and a lower cam adjustment to dial in the front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of BDS NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.

The rear portion of the 2500 sports a rear multi-link, coil spring suspension from the factory. To accomplish the needed rear end lift, a set of heavy duty steel fabricated coil spacers bolt directly on the factory coil spring axle mount. An axle mounted track bar relocation bracket reposition the rear track bar and centers the axle. Extended sway bar links keep the rear sway bar at the optimum operating angle. Replacement rear shocks (NX2's or Fox 2.0) round out the rear lift and provide that desired level stance.

Front Adjustable HD Track Bar

These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8? solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8?-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.

Adjustable Rear Track Bar

This new track bar allows for fine adjustment of the rear axle position. It also provides better control of the rear axle by replacing the soft factory rubber bushings with high durometer polyurethane at the frame and a forged COM bearing joint at the axle. Both ends are rebuildable and the poly bushings are greaseable. Can be used with or without track bar relocation when needed for heights of 0-8".
