Straight-up nootropic doses with nooLVL®, tyrosine, and solid choline support.

Alpha Lion Super Human Focus is a low-stim nootropic powder that's all about getting your brain locked in for better performance. This isn't some pre-workout loaded with caffeine pretending to be a focus aid. It's built for attention, mental energy, quick reactions, and sticking with tasks, with a fully open label and trademarked ingredients that actually make sense together.

The main player is L-Tyrosine at 1,500mg per scoop and 3,000mg at two scoops. Tyrosine is the building block for brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine, which get used up during stress, lack of sleep, or long mental efforts. At 1.5g, it's a decent start for quick effects; at 3g, it's in the sweet spot for real performance boosts. You'll feel it as steady mental toughness: less wandering thoughts, better chill under pressure, and more drive when things drag on.

nooLVL® comes in at 800mg per scoop and 1,600mg at two scoops. This mix of inositol and bonded arginine silicate has solid backing for boosting blood flow, feeling more energetic, and recovering better after workouts. It works by upping arginine and nitric oxide, but it's here for brain and body support without stims. The two-scoop dose matches the stronger studies.

Taurine at 500mg to 1,000mg helps with cell hydration, balance, and steady nerves. It's not a huge dose compared to pure taurine supps, but it fits perfect as a smoother for mind and body endurance. Theobromine is light at 20-40mg on purpose: no big buzz. It's just for a gentle lift and smoother ene

AL Super Human Focus by Alpha Lion contains 0.5mg Vitamin B1, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 1,500mg L-Tyrosine per scoop and 3,000mg at two scoops gives this a strong base for handling stress. Tyrosine builds dopamine and norepinephrine, so it keeps your focus tight when tiredness, pressure, or long hauls would normally mess you up.
  • 800mg nooLVL® per scoop and 1,600mg at two scoops sets this apart from basic focus powders. This inositol-boosted arginine silicate delivers stim-free energy and blood flow, with studies showing better felt energy and recovery after exercise.
  • 500mg Choline DL-Bitartrate per scoop boosts your brain's focus system. Acetylcholine is key for memory, concentration, and feeling locked into your tasks.
  • The deeper lineup includes Cognizin® citicoline at 250mg per scoop and 500mg at two scoops, one of the top brain boosters out there. Citicoline not only gives choline but also helps brain cell health, making your focus feel crisp and full compared to plain choline.
  • CogniUp® at 50mg matches the dose in its early human studies. It brings real support for steady attention, working memory, and less mental tiredness, not just a sprinkle of random herbs.
  • BrainBerry® at 32.5mg per scoop and 65mg at two scoops, with the full dose hitting the clinical sweet spot. This aronia extract boosts reaction speed, concentration, and mental agility—perfect for athletes, gamers, and intense work.
  • AstraGin® at 25mg per scoop helps everything absorb better. Based on maker data, it ups nutrient and amino uptake, smart for a stacked powder where getting it in counts.
  • Taurine at 500-1,000mg makes things feel even and lasting. It acts as a cell hydrator for hydration and nerve steadiness, great when you want sharp performance without rough edges.

AL Super Human Focus by Alpha Lion contains 0.5mg Vitamin B1, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Students, entrepreneurs, and desk jockeys needing long focus stretches without high-caffeine jitters. The 2-scoop mix of 3g L-Tyrosine, 1.6g nooLVL®, and 500mg Cognizin® is spot-on for steady output, smooth switches, and less tiredness in tough work.
  • Lifters focused on mind-muscle link, clean reps, and sharpness over stim chaos. Choline plus Cognizin®, backed by tyrosine and nooLVL®, makes sessions feel precise and locked in, not wild.
  • Gamers and esports folks after consistent reactions and calm through marathons. BrainBerry® was tested on young adults like gamers and athletes, fitting for real focus over energy drink vibes.
  • Shift workers and hustlers bridging tired bodies to sharp minds. Low-stim from theobromine plus tyrosine, choline, citicoline help without wrecking sleep later.
  • Folks who hate heavy stims but get let down by weak 'chill focus' stuff. This delivers real setup—tyrosine, nooLVL®, Cognizin®, CogniUp®, BrainBerry®—without hidden caffeine tricks.
  • All-around athletes mixing lifts, jobs, cardio wanting brain edge without hurting hydration or recovery. Taurine, nooLVL® potassium, low-stim make it flexible vs. drying, aggressive pre's.

How to Use

Kick off with 1 scoop in 10-12 oz cold water to check how you handle it, especially if nootropics or stims bug you. Pros chasing big brain gains usually go 2 scoops in 16-20 oz. Sip 20-30 minutes before action to match the timing of tyrosine, choline focus, and low-stim energy.

Shaker beats stirring for mixing. More water tones down sweetness and tastes better, cold water keeps flavors crisp. Empty stomach speeds it up, but light food is okay if your gut's picky. Big meals might slow the kick-in.

Stacks great with creatine, hydration mixes, protein based on goals. Easy on adding high-choline, huperzine, or heavy stim pre's till you know. Not super stimmy, so no need for strict cycles, but some cycle every 6-8 weeks if choline-sensitive. Keep it sealed cool and dry for easy scooping and fresh taste.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes, it mixes like any flavored powder, no big stim kick or heat. 10-20 minutes in, you feel mental clarity: less haze, easier to start, attention sharpening up. 20-40 minutes is prime time, with tyrosine, choline, and nooLVL® hitting hard for focused work, gaming, or precise training.

40-90 minutes, it's steady not peaky, thanks to low stims and light theobromine. One scoop is chill and useful; two feels like a proper stack. Days 1-7, it's about instant focus. Weeks 2-4, Cognizin®, CogniUp®, and BrainBerry® build reliability for memory, attention, and less fatigue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Alpha Lion Super Human Focus a stimulant-heavy product?

No. This is a low-stim nootropic formula, not a high-caffeine energy powder. The label provided shows only 20mg theobromine per scoop and does not indicate a meaningful caffeine payload, so the experience is built more around tyrosine, nooLVL®, choline support, and trademarked cognitive ingredients than stimulant intensity.

Should I use 1 scoop or 2 scoops?

1 scoop is a lighter functional serving that provides 1,500mg tyrosine, 800mg nooLVL®, 500mg taurine, 500mg choline bitartrate, 50mg CogniUp®, 32.5mg BrainBerry®, 25mg AstraGin®, and 20mg theobromine. Two scoops is the serving most serious users will prefer because it brings tyrosine to 3,000mg, nooLVL® to 1,600mg, and BrainBerry® to 65mg, which better aligns several ingredients with stronger use cases.

How long does it take to feel Super Human Focus?

Most users notice the first effects within 15-30 minutes. The onset is usually subtle—cleaner mental wakefulness, easier task initiation, and less internal noise—rather than a dramatic stimulant rush.

Is this better for workouts or for studying and gaming?

It can work for both, but the formula is clearly optimized for cognition-first performance. Ingredients like tyrosine, choline support, CogniUp®, and BrainBerry® are more aligned with focus, reaction speed, working memory, and mental fatigue resistance than with pump or strength goals.

Why are both choline bitartrate and Cognizin® used?

They fill different roles. Choline bitartrate provides a broad choline pool, while Cognizin® citicoline is a more premium cognitive ingredient associated with acetylcholine support plus neuronal membrane and phospholipid metabolism, making the stack more complete than using basic choline alone.

What does nooLVL® do in this formula?

nooLVL® is an inositol-enhanced bonded arginine silicate included here for stimulant-free energy, blood flow, and focus support. Research on arginine silicate inositol suggests benefits for perceived energy and exercise-related recovery markers, which is why it fits so well in a product designed for both mental and performance output.

Can I stack this with coffee?

Usually yes, especially because this is not a heavy stimulant formula. Still, if you’re sensitive to activation, start with 1 scoop and moderate your coffee intake before combining both on the same day.

Does this need to be cycled?

It does not require strict cycling in the way a high-caffeine pre-workout often does, because stimulant exposure is modest. Some users still prefer occasional breaks after several weeks, especially if they’re sensitive to cholinergic ingredients or are stacking multiple nootropics.

Will this make me feel jittery?

For most users, no. The formula is built to feel smooth and deliberate, with very low theobromine and no disclosed large caffeine dose, but users sensitive to tyrosine, huperzia-containing ingredients, or combined stimulant intake should still begin with 1 scoop.

Is the label transparent?

Yes. One of the strongest selling points here is the fully disclosed panel with no proprietary blend. You can see every major active and its exact dose, which is still surprisingly uncommon in the nootropic category.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
