About the Author

Acclaimed fashion photographer Fabrizio Ferri, a native of Rome, began his career as a photojournalist. He has shot stories for fashion magazines including Vogue, Harper’s Baazar, and Interview. Ferri is also a film director, composer, and writer. His photographic essays have been published in the books Open Eyed (1989), Aqua (1993), Aria (1996), and Forma I–II (2004). He lives and works in New York City.
