ASR's 3/16" soft shackle is designed for use with our 3/16" Winch Line / Winch Line Extension.

Made in the USA in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.  ASR's Extreme Soft Shackles are made from Plasma rope, the highest strength synthetic rope available.  Extreme Soft Shackles are stronger and much lighter than comparable steel shackles - they are so light that they float - and they will not rust.  There is no stronger Soft Shackle on the market.  Applications include: 4x4 off-road/vehicle recovery, towing, military, agriculture & mining equipment and various marine activities.  Extreme Soft Shackles can be washed off with water and air dried.  This item is manufactured and tested in conformance with API Q1 Specification standards.  Although Plasma fibers are stronger than steel, they are susceptible to wear and cutting - always inspect shackle before use for excess wear, cutting, or worn and frayed areas.

ASR's 3/16" x 6" Extreme Soft Shackle has an MTS of 13,500 lbs.  For overhead lifting purposes, applying an industry standard 5:1 Safety Factor yields a recommended overhead lifting Working Load Limit of 2,700 lbs.  This shackle comes with a Black braided guard.

Do Not Buy This Product. this review is coming at 1 April 2026. This can opener was purchased in October 2025. My initial review was that it worked well and did the job. It was meant to do however, after a few uses, I noticed that the can opener continue to move around and around the can even after the can lid had been cut open. in January 2026 it began to make more and more rotations around the can and the lid was not cut loose. After a few more uses. It just rotated and did nothing else. I sent an email to the company. I contacted Amazon about it. I’ve done everything that I can possibly see to do but I get no positive results. Consequently, I have a six month old can opener. It does not work. worked well for the first 10 or 20 uses; then the cutting edge just wore out (3-4mos.), so now my money was wasted. No explanation no offer, too bad.
