-  Laminated Plywood in Jarrah, Walnut, Blackwood, Bamboo, Eucalypt, Birch Colour

• Text Ink Colour:The default text ink colour is black unless otherwise specified.

• Dimensions: Each Magnet: W x H: 8 x 8 cm ( 3.15" x 3.15"), Thickness: 3 mm (0.118")

• Technique: Laser Cut & UV Printed. Personalise it with your own photo, file, name, message or custom logo.

Note:

- Please upload a photo following our image guide. For the best results, use square photo; otherwise, your image will be cropped accordingly.

- Due to photo quality limitations, low-resolution images cannot be enhanced. Please ensure you upload the highest quality photo you have. Images downloaded from social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram are often resized, resulting in lower resolution, even if they appear fine on your phone. Avoid photos with excessive shadows or brightness that obscure important features like faces, including nighttime images.

- Each wooden photo frame is naturally unique, no two prints are identical.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the desired colour for your photo tiles from the drop-down menu.
2. Upload your photo (if it's one photo) or send multiple photos to [email protected] after placing your order.
3. Please provide your preferred Artwork Style # and the exact order in which you want your name, message, or date, etc. to be printed on the plaque. This step is optional.

The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

* Please be advised that the provided delivery estimates are general approximations, and the actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. These factors include the load volumes of our shipping partners, deliveries to regional areas, and potential customs delays. While we make every effort to expedite the process, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from such circumstances.

* Additionally, delivery estimates are subject to change due to various variables.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service. It does not expedite the internal processing time needed to create your item, which is addressed by our Rush Order service option. Should you wish for a quicker processing time, a 25% fee on the order's value will be applied. This option is conveniently available during checkout.
