How to Use
Run It Hot
Hotter than usual — the steam is the point. Pour 1 cup under the running tap so the salt dissolves and the eucalyptus blooms.
Soak 20 Minutes
Sit up enough that your face catches the steam. Take slow, easy breaths through the nose. This is the part doing the work.
Out, Wrap, Rest
