The 034Motorsport Engine Cover Standoff Stud Kit is designed to replace the OE engine cover standoffs. The OE standoffs are made of plastic and can become brittle over time and break, resulting in the engine cover becoming a loose object and fire risk in the engine bay.

These 034Motorsport Engine Cover Standoffs are machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminium, making them highly resistant to heat and indestructible compared to the plastic OE standoffs.

These Billet Aluminium Engine Cover Standoffs will stand the test of time, allowing for repeated installation or removal of the engine cover without the worry of it coming off.

This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
