The adjustable turn-screws allow you to choose exactly which pressure you want! After use, simply rinse with water and mild soap, then spray with a novelty item cleaner.Take one clamp in one hand and grab the nipple in the other hand. Place the clamp right below the nipple along the areola. As you clamp down, adjust using the screw and move slowly. Apply pressure very slowly and release slowly. Every little movement will cause some amount of sensation or pain, so be intentional. Keep it on for no longer than 30 minutes the first few times. As you remove them, keep in mind that removal can be twice as intense as application! Enjoy!

Nice

Just received, washed them and put them on the bed. First time sleeping on them and we really like them. The teal is a beautiful color, they’re soft and feel comfortable, not hot. It was a little hard to put on the fitted sheet but they give you plenty of coverage with the California King. I told one of my sisters about them and she’s planning on getting some. They’re a great price.
