If you have had an injury or suffer from muscle pain and discomfort, it can be hard to find relief. Everyday tasks such as standing for long periods or sitting at your desk can leave your muscles feeling tense and tired.
The Sissel Linum Hot Pack is a Linseed filled compress, an ancient natural remedy proven to relieve tense muscles, stomach and back ache. The smooth and soft Linum contours to your body and is available in two shapes for use on different areas, including the neck, shoulders, lower back and stomach.
Easily warmed within minutes in the microwave or oven, it is perfect for quick and comfortable use at home.
How Do I Use the Linum Hot Pack?
Microwave:
Warm for 2 minutes (600W) or 60 seconds (1000W).
Massage the Linum to distribute the heat.
Check the temperature.
If desired temperature not achieved, heat for a further 30 seconds (600W) or 20 seconds (1000W).
Massage and check again.
Repeat above stages until desired temperature is reached.
Oven:
Turn oven to 70°C.
Heat for 4 - 6 minutes.
Keep checking on pack.
Remove from oven and massage to distribute heat.
Repeat warming for 2 minutes at a time until desired temperature is reached.
