Per realizzare questo vino, l'azienda utilizza anche uve sangiovese e merlot, che vengono vendemmiate separatamente; dopo fermentazione e macerazione, il vino viene trasferito in acciaio, dove affina per dieci mesi, a cui seguirà una successiva sosta in bottiglia.
Ideale per accompagnare grigliate di carni miste; da provare anche con un tagliere di formaggi del centro Italia, di media stagionatura.
