È un Nebbiolo che dopo la vendemmia fermenta spontaneamente ad acino intero in vasche di cemento, per poi riposare almeno un anno in grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia. Scattante e ben determinato in ogni minimo dettaglio, è un Nebbiolo pensato per far esaltare tutte le peculiarità del varietale e tutte le sfumature del territorio. È un Nebbiolo autentico.
