Vintage Conditions
The 2022 Coonawarra vintage was outstanding, producing wines of exceptional quality and quantity. The season was marked by mild temperatures, steady ripening, and small, thick-skinned berries, which resulted in deeply flavoured, well-structured wines.

Winemaking
Each parcel of fruit was fermented in stainless steel for five days, then transferred to a mix of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to complete fermentation. The wine was then aged for six months in oak, preserving its freshness while adding subtle complexity.
