Fermentato in barriques di rovere francese a forte tostatura e poi trasferito in acciaio, è un bianco unico nel suo genere, assolutamente da non perdere.
Ottimo in abbinamento al pesce affumicato, si sposa bene anche con la zuppa di cipolle e il baccalà alla vicentina.
