The first several chapters on the psychology behind behavior were more helpful and interesting than the second half of the book that addresses specific behaviors. This book has been so, so wonderfully helpful, my husband jokes it’s now my bible. Kiddo went from like 10-20 meltdowns a day to only a couple, and those are resolved in like a tenth of the time.
